Next Stage Civil was engaged to deliver a comprehensive civil infrastructure package at Tourabec Farm, a rural residential development requiring staged construction across a live and active site. The project demanded early contractor involvement, practical problem-solving, and close collaboration with the client to navigate budget constraints, coordinate multiple trades, and deliver functional infrastructure progressively throughout the build.
All works were sequenced to align with ongoing construction and site activity across five packages.

Rather than proceeding with a cost-heavy design, NSC worked closely with the client to redesign elements within the building envelope: reviewing levels, identifying opportunities to reduce material movement, and adjusting outcomes to maintain full functionality while eliminating unnecessary spend.
Cost implications were clearly communicated at every stage. Alternative approaches were presented and final decisions made collaboratively, ensuring the client remained in control with no surprises during delivery.
Works were carried out in controlled stages to maintain site usability, allow other trades to progress, and reduce disruption across the project. Each completed section delivered immediate value to the overall build.
Close collaboration with other trades ensured efficient sequencing, reduced rework, and continuous site progress across all active work zones.
