Based in the Shoalhaven and servicing regional NSW and beyond, Next Stage Civil is a husband and wife family business built from the ground up by Daniel and Amanda. They pride themselves on clear communication, quality workmanship, and respect for the land. From small local projects to complex civil works, we take pride in creating outcomes that work long term.

Our managing director Daniel Grech grew up with a strong connection to the land in both farming and earthworks for all his working career, learning how it moves, drains, and responds when it’s shaped with purpose. That early exposure led to a long-standing focus on moulding raw ground into functional, usable spaces, whether for homes, farms, infrastructure, or long-term access.

As a familyman, Daniel understands the value of reliability, accountability, and long term thinking. Those values carry through every project. Years on machines and civil sites across residential, rural, and large-scale works shaped an approach that looks beyond just moving dirt, focusing instead on responsible earthworks, land regeneration, effective water management, and leaving sites better than they were found.

After building solid experience in the industry, Daniel founded Next Stage Civil to deliver practical solutions backed by a deep understanding of land behavior and performance over time.
